The zen feeling of working with food, the shapes, the smell, all the little things that need to be done exactly at right moment.., and above all, the pleasure that you feel when you see that your guests are truly enjoying your cuisine?
If you do, then you have come to the right place.
This is our full cooking class. Unlike our other cooking classes that are combined with walking tours, here we decided to dedicate four hours to teaching you as many things about Italian cuisine as possible. No, we don’t even try to imagine that we could ever present the full diversity of Italian cuisine during this class. But, what we can, and what we will is to teach you a several variety of pasta, couple different sauces and tiramisu all in a great detail. The final menu consist of an appetiser, two pasta dishes and a drink.
Upon the class we will email you all the instructions so that you can literally take a piece of Italy home with you.
Just for the sake of curiosity, according to the survey that we conducted a couple of years ago, this is the most entertaining class that we have in our offer. Just the fact that you are involved in so many things at once, communicating with other people is probably the reason why huge percentage of the answers underlined that this was the funniest thing they did on vacation.
